Moscow Marathon

The Moscow Marathon is one of Russia’s largest running events, bringing together over 30,000 participants from 70 countries each year. Its iconic course winds through the heart of the Russian capital, offering runners a unique immersion into its rich historical and architectural heritage.

Participants race along the banks of the Moskva River and pass by landmarks such as the Kremlin, Saint Basil’s Cathedral, the Red Square, as well as the FSB headquarters (formerly the KGB). The route also includes the Crimean Bridge and the impressive Luzhniki Stadium, where the finish line is located.

In addition to the marathon, a 10 km race is offered, providing runners of all levels the opportunity to see the city from a fresh perspective.
